Application:

To amend By-law 2010-100Z being the Zoning By law for the City of Greater Sudbury by changing the zoning classification of the subject lands from “C1”, Local Commercial to “R3”, Medium Density Residential to permit the construction of a four unit multiple dwelling.

Proposal:

The application proposes rezone the property to permit four (4) dwelling units.
