Proposal:

Application for rezoning in order to:

• Permit office uses in the existing Diocese building; • Eliminate the split zoning that results from a series of proposed boundary realignments; and, • Provide site-specific relief for parking for the property municipally known as 30 Ste. Anne Road, Sudbury.
