To amend By-law 2010-100Z being the Zoning By law for the City of Greater Sudbury by changing the zoning classification of the subject lands from "R1-5”, Low Density Residential One and “P”, Park to "R2", Low Density Residential Two to permit semi-detached dwelling units.


The application proposes to rezone the property to permit semi-detached dwelling units, consistent with the current draft approved plan of subdivision for Hidden Valley (File 780-7/04003).
