(This by-law exempts the subject lands from the part lot control provisions of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990 in order to facilitate the creation of twelve individual parcels of tied land to a common element condominium taking the form of a private access driveway - Bayside Sudbury Corporation - Bayside Estates Subdivision, Azilda.)
