To amend By-law 2010-100Z being the City of Greater Sudbury Zoning By-law from "RU”, Rural to “H43C2”, Holding General Commercial.

Proposal:

Application for rezoning in order to sever lands designated as Mixed Use Commercial from the parent parcel. The land would be rezoned for future development subject to a holding provision that is applied to abutting lands zoned “H43C2”, Holding General Commercial, which would permit a mix of commercial and/or residential uses.
