Application: To amend By-law 2010-100Z being the Zoning By law for the City of Greater Sudbury by changing the zoning classification on a portion of the subject lands from “SLS”, Seasonal Limited Service to “R1-1”, Low Density Residential One.

Proposal: The application is intended to prevent a split-zoning which would result from an approved consent application (File # B0006/2019) that is intended to facilitate a lot boundary re-alignment between two abutting rural properties having frontage on Pine Cone Road in Skead. The lands also have water frontage on Lake Wanapitei.
