1. To amend the Official Plan for the City of Greater Sudbury by changing the official plan designation on the subject lands from Living Area 1 to Mixed Use Commercial; and

2. To amend By-law 2010-100Z being the Zoning By-law for the City of Greater Sudbury by changing the zoning classification on the subject lands from “R1-5”, Residential Low Density One to “C2(S)”, General Commercial Special.


The applications together are intended to permit a mix of uses including a bake shop, business office, convenience store, institutional use, restaurant, and service shop.
