Application: To amend By-law 2010-100Z being the Zoning By law for the City of Greater Sudbury by changing the zoning classification on the subject lands from "M1(23)", Mixed Light Industrial/Service Commercial Special to an amended "M1(23)", Mixed Light Industrial/Service Commercial Special.
Proposal: The application is intended to add a contractor’s yard and a warehouse as permitted uses on the subject lands. No existing land uses that are presently permitted in the “M1(23)” Zone are proposed to be removed. The owner has amended their rezoning application to also include a request to permit a commercial or public garage, in addition to a contractor’s yard and warehouse as noted above and on the previous Notice of Application dated January 17, 2020.
