Application: To amend By-law 2010-100Z being the Zoning By law for the City of Greater Sudbury by changing the zoning classification of the subject lands from “M3”, Heavy Industrial to “OSR”, Open Space – Recreation.

Proposal: The application is intended to prevent a split-zoning that would result from a proposed lot addition to an existing golf course located on abutting lands described as being PIN 73560-0117 in the community of Coniston.
