To amend By-law 2010-100Z being the Zoning By law for the City of Greater Sudbury by changing the zoning classification on a portion of the subject lands from “R1-2”, Low Density Residential Two to “RU”, Rural and on another portion of the subject lands from “RU”, Rural to “R1-2”, Low Density Residential Two.
The application is intended to prevent a split-zoning of three residential properties as a result of a series of three lot boundary re-alignments on three properties which front Long Lake Road in Sudbury. No new lots are being created.
