Application: To amend By-law 2010-100Z being the Zoning By-law for the City of Greater Sudbury by changing the zoning classification of the subject lands from “R1-5”, Low Density Residential One to “R3”, Medium Density Residential.

Proposal: The application is intended to recognize an existing legal non-conforming multiple dwelling containing ten residential dwelling units and to facilitate the addition of one further residential dwelling unit for a total of eleven residential dwelling units within the existing building. No additions to the existing building are being proposed.
