Application: To amend By-law 2010-100Z being the Zoning By law for the City of Greater Sudbury by changing the zoning classification on the subject lands from “R1-2”, Low Density Residential One, “SLS”, Seasonal Limited Service, and “RU”, Rural, to “OSP(S)”, Open Space Private Special.

Proposal: The application is intended to recognize the existing privately owned and operated park providing recreational trails with related buildings and structures, equipment rentals and parking areas.
