1. To amend By-law 2010-100Z being the Zoning By law for the City of Greater Sudbury by changing the zoning classification from "R3-1.D24.5”, Medium Density Residential to “R2-2”, Low Density Residential Two in order to permit the development of 23 lots for semi-detached dwellings.

2. To subdivide the subject property into 23 lots for residential use.

Proposal: The applicant is also proposing to subdivide the subject property into 23 lots for 46 semi-detached dwelling units. One block on the draft plan is proposed to be transferred to the City of Greater Sudbury for stormwater management purposes.
