Application:

To amend By-law 2010-100Z being the Zoning By law for the City of Greater Sudbury by changing the zoning classification of the subject lands from “FD”, Future Development to “R3-1(S)”, Medium Density Residential Special.

Proposal:

The application would facilitate the development of a two multiple dwellings containing 32 dwelling units in each for a total of 64 dwelling units with each building having a maximum height of five-storeys and/or a retirement home having a maximum of 80 guest rooms as permitted uses on the subject lands.
