Application: To amend By-law 2010-100Z being the City of Greater Sudbury Zoning By-law from "I", Institutional to "I(Special)", Institutional Special.
Proposal: Application for rezoning in order to permit the following uses on the former Pinecrest Public School site:
• Construct 19 row dwelling units on the vacant northerly portion of the property, as illustrated on the enclosed sketch;
• Convert the former school building into one of the following:
i) 24 apartment dwelling units; or,
ii) Neighbourhood commercial uses to include personal service shop, day care centre, medical office, professional office and service shop; or,
iii) A mixed-use building combining apartment units and neighbourhood commercial uses as described above.
